Elmore Plumbing & Heating Ltd are experienced installers of the Graff Rainwater harvesting system and install all sizes of tanks from water butts to underground piped systems.   New builds is usually the cheapest option for underground tanks due to the work required.  Typically all the drainage pipe work will be installed at foundation level and can be routed to a underground tank in the garden from which all the water can be collected and stored.  The water collected can then be pumped to the house and used for toilets and washing all of which is automatic and if your tank becomes dry in the summer the rainwater management system will automatically change over to mains water via a small reservoir inside which complies to water regulations and then changes back to rainwater when sufficient levels have risen in the tank all of which is monitored and activated by a float switch in the underground tank.
